This section of our website will provide you with the policies of insurance maintained by the HOA per the Restrictions.

In order to initiate a claim on the Commercial Property Insurance there must be at least $5,000 in damage to initiate a claim.  Owners are responsible for meeting this deductible.  If more than one owner has damage to their unit from the same event, it may be pro-rated for each owner making a claim.

This policy carries a $5,000 deductible and is used to buy down the $25,000 deductible in the primary policy above.

The Commercial General Liability ("CGL") Insurance policy provides coverage to the Board of Directors of the HOA for for premises liability and negligence relating to its function.
